To use a gift code, follow the instructions below:1- Log in to Mog Station with the Square Enix account you wish to register the code with. 2- Proceed to “Enter Item Code” under “Select Service Account“.3- Follow the on-screen instructions to register the gift code.If an error is displayed when registering a gift code, please check the conditions below:- A gift code is made up of a 20 character long alpha-numerical code. Please ensure that there are no errors when registering the code itself.- Gift codes cannot be used with a character on a free trial account.- Gift codes can only be registered once.- Gift codes are valid up to three years after the date of purchase. You can confirm whether the gift code is still valid by asking the person who bought it. This person can view this information by selecting the gift code under the “Payment History section“.- Certain items can only be possessed by 1 character and/or be used only once. Please confirm in advance whether the service account/character is already in possession of an item before purchasing a gift code.Items obtainable through gift codes will be sent via a Mog Letter. If you have not received the items via a Mog Letter, please delete any unwanted system mails, and wait about 10 minutes. Your items will be delivered via a Mog Letter afterwards. Please note that each item will be delivered separately in its own letter, so you will need space in your mail box equal to the quantity of gift codes used.
